Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to orders for assignment help, academic writing, and related services supplied by AskMeAssignment.com.

It covers a request to cancel, withdraw, pause, or abandon an order, and any request for money back that is made because the customer no longer wishes to proceed. Questions about the quality or delivery of a completed service are covered by the Refund Policy.

2. What counts as an advance payment

An advance payment is any amount AskMeAssignment.com receives toward an order before that order is fully completed and closed. This includes:

• A deposit or booking amount;
• A part payment or instalment;
• Payment of the full order value before delivery; and
• Any other sum paid in advance of completion, by card, bank transfer, wallet, or any other method we accept.

The rule in this policy applies as soon as that payment is received, whether or not work has already been sent to the customer.

3. No cancellation after an advance payment

Once an advance payment has been made, the order cannot be cancelled.

AskMeAssignment.com will not accept a cancellation where the customer:

• Changes their mind;
• No longer needs the work;
• Missed a personal or university deadline;
• Placed the order in error, after the advance payment has already been received;
• Fails to send a brief, files, or further instructions after payment; or
• Asks to stop, pause, or transfer the order to someone else.

A message, email, or call asking us to cancel does not cancel the order, and it does not stop the payment from being treated as received.

4. No refunds

Where an advance payment has been made, there will be no refund of that payment.

This applies whether the cancellation request is made:

• Before work has started;
• While work is in progress; or
• After the work has been delivered.

Paying an advance is confirmation of the order. Our services are prepared for a specific customer and a specific brief. Receipt of an advance payment is also a request that AskMeAssignment.com accept the order and begin arranging the work. Because of that, the advance is not returned if the customer later decides not to continue.

Any later instalment that is due on the order remains payable unless AskMeAssignment.com agrees otherwise in writing.

5. Orders without an advance payment

If no advance payment has been received, the customer may ask us not to proceed. AskMeAssignment.com may decline or close an unpaid order. No cancellation fee applies where no payment has been taken.

6. Relationship with the Refund Policy

This Cancellation Policy is the rule for cancellation and for refunds requested because the customer does not wish to continue. It does not replace the Refund Policy where that policy deals with a verified problem in the service itself.

An advance payment is not refundable on the ground of cancellation, change of mind, or a decision not to use the work.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to remove, restrict, or override any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow AskMeAssignment.com to exclude.

Where a mandatory legal requirement gives a customer a remedy, that requirement prevails over any inconsistent sentence in this policy.

AskMeAssignment.com may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the version in effect when the advance payment for that order was received, subject to applicable law.
